I stumbled across this community fairly recently, and have read the sidebar and countless articles.
My impression is that women tend to gravitate towards the alpha archetype and quickly grow bored of said archetype in a LTR if the guy starts to become increasingly beta. (In a nutshell, I know)
My question - surely a SEAL or a Royal marine would be the ultimate TRP occupation, in line with these ideals? Now I’ll quickly add that you shouldn’t enter into such a profession just to impress women, but I wondered what the thoughts of the community are around it being the the ultimate profession from a red pill sense.
You’re effectively one of the baddest guys on he planet i.e. she will always feel protected, and feel like she’s with the top 1% and if for any reason it became an LTR, surely she’s unlikely to look at other guys in pretty much ANY other occupation and see them as more alpha/exciting than you.
As a marine, you also have untold career prospects upon leaving the service. I know of a few who go into private security and earn an absolute fortune.
So doesn’t this position cover off both sides - the alpha/dominant one AND the provider.
I ask this as I’m training for entry myself next year regardless!
