So about a month ago I posted about how sometimes the girls I work with refer to me as a "she". I didn't really understand what was going on.

Thing is it seems they do this with other men as well! We were in a meeting with a client and one of the girls referred to the client as " we will call her". I was like "wtf?".

Then again yesterday one of them refers to my male colleague as a "she".

Is this a new trend that is starting to spread or exactly what is up with my weird colleagues???
