Is dating below one's own perceived SMV the only way to ensure a successful, stable LTR. For example if i am an 8 does it mean i should only date 7s and below to maintain a positive relationship dynamic? That being said is the leading factor in SMV rating in males determined by physic or Alpha like attitudes?(Abundance mentality, dominance, Income). Also how do you keep current SMV rating at or above its actual level after entering an LTR?
