So I’m a senior in college going for a sales degree. The past year or so I’ve been having really bad trouble with social anxiety. My social confidence when I came into college was really good until I made some bad choices and went through some trauma. This has resulted in weaker frame, and some social anxiety. I tend to overthink a lot of my interactions and have trouble speaking up in class. This puts my really behind my peers who at this point are all mostly comfortable doing that stuff along with public speaking.

So what is trps advice on how I can build the social confidence I need for my career quickly? Right now I’m trying to go out as often as possible to approach women and socialize in general, even up to 3x a week. I’m making my physique a second priority to this goal since my career is on the line here. What other ways can I go about doing this?
