I'm 20 and have been with my LTR for a year. The sex has become pretty lame, although was never great in the first place. Withholding it, not always in the mood, transactional type sex. Starting dating her before I discovered TRP so now with this realization, I'm not sure how to proceed. I have a high sex drive, so did my ex and girls I hooked up with in the past, but I'm getting sick of the starfish sex with my LTR. She's extremely attatched yet sex is just never on her mind.

We're both high SMV so having her around is good social proof for potential plates, but in turn also limits my options. 2 months ago I hooked up with girl, great sex, and haven't felt that relieved in a long time, although I'm not sure if I'm making the right decision. One my LTR's beta orbiters found out and of course told her... But she didn't want to break up with me. I thought after all that, she'd maybe realize I have options and improve sexually. Didn't happen. What's everyone's take on rotating plates while in an LTR?
