You need to polarize. Make her say yes or no. Otherwise this is what you get.

"Hey, I'm going to Twicty's coffeeshop tomorrow at 5. Meet me there."

See how that's so much more decisive and outcome independent than...

"You wanna maybe get, like a coffee or something?"

Leave her on read, though, she might actually have a weird schedule and may get back to you. Probably not.

Anything other than a Yes, is a no. Don't ask, tell them: "Let's do drinks tomorrow night" next time. With this one sounds like she is disinterested, hit her with 'let me know when you're free' and move on. She'll get back to you if she really is interested.

You left the ball to her court which meant you were negotiating from weakness and deferred decisions to her. If she gave enough IOIs, you should’ve just suggested a specific day. “I’m free to grab a drink Thursday night.” and let her bend to your frame or she’ll suggest an alternative date if she really wasn’t free.
