It'll work, it will only get better with age, depend on who you are looking for, but once you're 21 or older, matches will come in easier. I started at 19 or 20, I forget, but I still got matched with quite a lot of women that were way above my age, I usually just talk to 18--->(1+my age)

Even remotely attractive girls on Tinder are literally swamped with dicks. Online dating should always be plan B. Approaching real live girls is more intimidating, but the rewards are greater. You are much more likely to get the interest of someone better looking that way.

That being said you have entered the big leagues of online dating. You are now in the 18+ range I am assuming. This means you are going to have trouble in that arena for a few years since girls are getting messages from good looking guys a decade or more older than you.

Fuck Tinder. Majority of women there are only there to boost their egos by getting compliments. Frankly, you're much more likely to get action (kiss, sex, phone number etc) in person. Here's a scenario:

We'll call our demonstration girl Kate. She's 8/10 and on Tinder. She's blown up daily by dozens if not a hundred messages from dudes on an app. Even if she wanted to she can't reply to all of them. But she's at a bar (or coffee shop since you're underage), you approach her and you have her full undivided attention. If you escalate kino you're already miles ahead of getting pussy (in just a few minutes) than someone she's been talking to on Tinder for a week.

I think that's why no one takes Tinder seriously. In person interaction brings much more excitement and adrenaline. Take it from me, I deleted Facebook, Okcupid, Tinder months ago and all new people I meet are in person at events or clubs
