Hello. First forgive me if this question is a little bit out of the topics usually discussed here, but since it's a key problem in the me not putting it in women thing and I don't really know someone/somewhere else to ask question, I came here.

So, to put it the context bluntly, no one even taught me that you were supposed to pull the foreskin back when washing your dick. I discovered I was supposed to do so only a few months ago.

So I slowly began to push what I thought were boundaries a little bit further every day and basically ran in 2 problems :

When erect, I'm afraid to pull my foreskin all the way back, because I'm afraid that it'll "strangle" my dick, sadly I read about such cases.

Also, and this is the main problem, my penis is so sensitive that touching it with my finger in the shower hurts.

So I'm asking, was anyone here in this situation before? What did you do? I tried putting a condom on and it's just too uncomfortable, I can't have sex this way.
