I've got my performance review at the office in a couple of weeks. This'll be my first one since taking TRP, and I want to get the best deal possible for myself.

I've been at this job for almost a year, and I've already done a good number of automation and efficiency type things that no one else here can do. I'm planning on bringing a list of those things to the meeting.

Accordingly, what tips do you all have to make sure that I get a good raise this year? Looking for advice on what my frame should be going into this discussion as well as some good powertalk lines that demonstrate my value as an employee.
