It's hard to truly answer your question. Not that you posed the question terribly, but rather that a question like this needs more context.

For example, girls love to call guys 'assholes'. Depending on how they say it and what the context is, it can be a good or bad thing to be called an asshole.

If she calls you an asshole and she is flipping you off, not smiling, and about to walk away, then that you means you may have actually been a real asshole and pissed her off.

If she calls you an asshole and she playfully slaps your arm, she's smiling and laughing, and sitting/standing really close to you, then that means she is having fun with you and is giving you feedback that she enjoys that you're having fun and she appreciates how you do your own thing.

See how the same accusation of being called an asshole can change completely, given the context? It's the same with being called "too intimidating".

With that being said, judge her body language and context of the situation when she says it. It's not a bad thing to be intimidating because intimidation also can imply alpha attitude, IDGAF mentality, physical size, and a I-don't-put-up-with-bullshit demeanor. But if you're serious and aggressive 24/7, then being intimidating is scaring people away.

If you were a fat neckbeard with no value, they would use the word creepy.

People will shit test you. See 'Crabs in buckets'. Especially people who have known you in the more bluepill days. It's hard for them to change their world view. They have to reclassify you. That is work for them. You cause them dissonance. This was a positive thing.

Hey, people are noticing a change. That's is good. Remember not to fall into other's frame. And don't chase for their aproval/validation.

I have the same issue. I'm 6'4 215lb so my statue along can intimidate people. With women, I find t easier to sit down and talk with them. However, looking manly like a caveman, I have to switch off the 'mean' face I have at rest.

I read here to deliberately smile all day to yourself. That helped out a bit however I find it easier to activity switch on the playful and affectionate side of my personality to wash out the intimidation. Granted, this puts my vulnerability levels up which is good for allowing women to feels secure but is a double edge sword in the sense that it opens up a gate way to my own inner self.

In general, when I feel myself mean muggin and I don't want to, I'll leave on something (the wall, a desk, the door threshold) and exhibit my comfort in my surrounding. That way, even though my face may say fuck off my body language is inviting.
