Reading your last paragraph, I was reminded of one the things Robert Glover suggests in his book "No More Mr. Nice Guy". He advocates "Nice Guys" to take time away from your social circle to be alone with yourself and your thoughts and feelings, working on yourself so to speak. He terms it a vacation and suggests going someplace new where no one knows you. You're describing why that activity helps a man realign his thinking to be more ego-centered.

It is typical to overshoot the goal of red pill thinking when transitioning. Psychologically this is called compensation. I did it when trying to redefine the nature of my marriage and was quite an asshole for a few weeks as I worked to get my frame right. It takes time, discipline and practice to get your frame right. But it is worth it. The process of working on and improving yourself includes this element.

You may find you are not compatible with your current friend circle. Your annoyance, presumptively with the blue pill ways of your friends, suggests they are still plugged in. So find new friends, hang out in different places, seek out more like-minded men.

You never have to answer or respond to anything people say to you.

To focus on the main question :

You're trying to come out with your thoughts because you want to "solidify" them in yourself. Action is thought. And you want to make those thoughts unleashed. That's good, otherwise it just creates psychological frustration.

What I think you need to do is make some new friends, but not abandon your old ones.

Use what you know about girl game to your collective friends network. Don't have one-itis of your friends. If you don't like what they're doing, do your own thing, find your own thing. If they come around, then hang with them. If they shit test you, then agree and amplify/whatever you need to do. As individuals, treat them as you need to treat them. But as a collective, in your situation, the girl thing is an apt analogy.
