TRP consensus on social media?

I don’t think you’ll find a consensus here regarding anything.

One might say SM is a great tool to show your value and fish for potential plates.

But personally I just use it for messaging.

I don't use any social media accounts either. It is just a waste of time. What is the point in seeing what other people (about whom I give exactly zero fucks) are doing? Besides, social media means people act as fake as they can. Trying to convince other people how awesome their life is, when we all know otherwise. Not being active on social media does not hurt your game. So I don't see any point in having active social media accounts.

Seems good for focusing on goals, but there’s no issue in being active on social media if you’re disciplined with the time spent doing so. Developing a following on something as simple as Instagram is instant social proof.

I like Facebook for knowing about local events/concerts etc. don’t really friend anyone or post much.
