Hey guys, I have a quick question on stage fright. I can play a guitar pretty well, and because I need to do some service / projects for a school I've signed myself up for this charity, how it works is you sing in the school's chow hall and your peers will decide if they want to donate money and the funds go to sick kids. Nobody knows I play and IMO it's going to be a good way to display some value.

I'm by no means introverted, I can start convos with strangers or groups of strangers but I've always been a bit... anxious in front of crowds. Voice gets shriller, become fidgety and nervous and start panicking and all. What would be your advice on this? Apply the same concept of outcome independence as you'd do on a date with a girl or something along the lines?

Any and all help appreciated.
