The action of picking up women is one small facet of TRP. PUA tactics will help you improve that specific side of your social skills.

But unless your life mission is to fuck as many women as possible, PUA is basically pointless. Theres no meat on its bones. Learning it doesnt teach you how to become a better and stronger man.
