First of all, don't bother with lunch unless you want to be her "friend." Drinks or coffee instead, preferably later in the evening. Secondly, yes you should pursue. Just text her again in a few days, preferably Thursday to set something up.

Suggest another time. Give her 24-36 hours notice or so.

Generally if you're asking "try again or move on," the answer is "move on."

Your primary principle is "there are more. There are always more."

But in this case you've gotten a positive response. She's ASKED you to ask again.

If you have not responded, go with a one word response. In this case, I like, "sure." Other guys will recommend "K" or "If I'm not busy." But I'd go with "sure."

Then go zero contact for a week. That's seven days. Then hit her up again for coffee if you don't drink, or drinks if you do. Meet someplace where it's not too loud to talk. First dates are get-to-know-you opportunities.

After you wait seven days, tell her, and don't ask, tell her, that you're going to be at X place for drinks and she should come. It's gonna be fun.

If you get brushed off again, she's not interested.
