Background:Just started college like half a year in another country,made some new friends and i'm(20) earning some good money as a full time student as well.

My question is how do you actually have a good/huge social circle?I've tried chatting people up randomly on campus but it usually ends with "okay see you soon/next time".Lack of activities on weekends is literally killing me.
