So you're moving into student halls. Well done, that's the prime environment where the fucking happens.
There's so many opportunities available to you. Make the most of them. What sports club are you planning on joining? You should absolutely join one, even if you don't currently play/are not good at the sport. The sports culture in UK universities is crazy, your experience in uni will be double as exciting if you are in rugby, football etc.
Your relationship will probably not last through the 3 years of uni. There's so many girls for you and so many guys for her. You will likely lose trust due to the massive hook-up culture promoted at uni / student accommodation. It's easy for me to suggest breaking up with her now to avoid all this but I understand it feels difficult and you may want to stay together.
Just think of your future self, will you look back and wish you made the most out of the opportunities available? Or will you be glad you stayed with the same gf from your home town?
