After a gruelling year I finally defeated a sexual assault charge. Without getting in to specifics, I feel it could have easily been avoided. I have laid low for the past year, this meant no alcohol in public, no going out to bars and very few sexual confrontations with women where I was extremely careful and gathered after-sex images of text messages and the like.

Now with my triumphant return to the sexual marketplace I am looking to enact every measure to never, ever be put in the position I was for the last year (and to impart wisdom on how you can escape similar circumstances).

As I ponder my return to night life I am considering using a false name for plausible deniability as the world gets stranger. Do you guys see any holes in this strategy? The only one I can recognize is that in the past when I used this strategy I did not have everyone I was with on board and it became clear I used a fake name by someone blowing my cover and the chick left, lol.

I would use a common first name, stick to it, and tell everyone it's my middle name when called upon it.

Any other tips on night life confrontations with women, challenging men, security or police are also very welcome outside of "get the fuck out. ASAP."
