For those who are new to pick up, I heard routines can come in handy, but you eventually want to phase your way out of them.

I saw this routine mentioned in a field report by a veteran redpiller;

I've used the odd routine in the past, with genuinely good responses. But I wonder what I should say if they ask "Where did you learn that?"

Then i realise I learned it because I want girls to like me, and that seems anti-redpill.

What are your thoughts on routines then?
