For years I've seen the worst, most retarded, cringey shit come out of this sub. And all of it stems from some jackass thinking he needs to be alpha. They not only make mistakes, they fuck up royally.

Have sex with the women you like, but know that you don't have to have sex with women you don't want, but practicing your socials skills and knowing they will fuck you is a very healthy thing.

We all started off less than perfect, we all will at one time or another deviate from the red pill advice. Who gives a fuck? Mistakes are how you learn. Go out and make mistakes, don't think too much be more action than anything else. Bold and decisive are two qualities that will get you very far.

I'm pretty new too buddy, so take this with a grain of salt. Just practice one thing. It is pretty overwhelming to think about shit tests, leading, holding frame, escalating, etc.. all at the same time. If it is escalation specifically, try touching more. Game and conversation may take a while to internalize, but you can touch a girl tomorrow. Even if it is just holding hands, or walking with your arm around her.

You sound a bit hard on yourself. Be sure to focus on the things you're doing right, too. Rome was not built in a day. You will fail over and over, but you'll also learn something new every time. Stay consistent brother, you're on the right track.

Working a job in retail really helped me improve my game. Having to interact with customers 24/7 helped my social skills a lot now that I look back at where I started. My advice is to work on one thing at a time. For me I had a hard time keeping conversations going at first(worrying about what to say next) mediation helped me with that. Next I started working on my eye contact which I’d say really changed how my interactions with not just women but people in general went. After seeing some positives like my co-workers basically throwing themselves at me helped me gain more confidence throughout the whole process. After that I focused on adding a few touches in my interactions when it seemed natural, this was probably the hardest thing for me to overcome for some reason but after some time it became natural. When I got good at that I started to practice adding in a few flirtatious comments(nothing too crazy) after seeing some positive reactions from women I became a bit bolder which led to even more confidence. Now all this took about a year to learn but it was well worth the wait, looking back and seeing how far I came also gave me confidence in other areas of my life. I know some people with say “don’t shit where you eat” but this was a part time job that I had no plans on staying at so I could careless lol I was practicing all this with my co-workers. The key is staying consistent & not being too harsh on yourself or focusing on the mistakes just learn from them & trust the process bro.

You're new and four months isn't a long time. It takes time to get good at anything. First time you lift, you've got bad form and you've got bad habits. You can't do a lot of reps or even sets and you struggle.

Day in and day out you'll get better. You form is improved. From trial and error you start to know what works. You have people who know better give you pointers. You try them. See what works.

Eventually you realize that you don't have to worry about how to curve your back or breathing techniques. It's all second nature.

You're 19 and new. You've got a good height and if you turn that mass into muscle, you'd get a nice masculine physique with light years of understanding regarding game, women, and masculinity in a sea of feminine, weak, and insecure cucks.

Keep reading and trying. No one can give you a magical formula...

I know you are young and seem new so my first question would usually be what actual game books have you read? Like have you read any Roosh V, book of pook or MM? Anything from actual game arena?

But from the way you word your post it might be something deeper, like you shouldnt be scared to escalate, like its some type of mental block or childhood type shit you might need to navigate first, were you heavily sheltered or super religious background? Helicopter parents or something, like a dude at your age with raging hormones and had a gf shouldnt be held back..

You got alot of things going for you, Good height, working on your purpose (shows some type of focus n drive), have wheels (some logistics) and some pocket money, game is a skill you can learn with enough time and practice, hope you get it figured out, dont try to be perfect, just take next step forward..
