What happened for me (in more detail) was i was finally validated as some sort of sexual being (at 25). 1. A girl went on a tinder date with me. Could have fucked her but i was too BP and didn't even understand that was a possibility (because of the aforementioned lack of sexual validation). 2. Met a girl and went coo coo over her. She was dying for me to fuck her but i fucked it up by being too BP.

You haven't been sexually validated yet, so sex isn't even a concept that applies to you, hence your lack of sex drive.

After my tinder date i did nofap to get a control of my porn addiction, which was a huge step in my self improvement. Being able to stop and start your porn indulgence is great and important for your natural sexual instincts to come out.

Also living by yourself (whenever that happens) is important for you to be able to come out of your shell and really start living for yourself. I couldn't do shit at home even though i was technically able to.
