You're thinking of vulnerability the wrong way. I second the guy who said you should read Models by Mark Manson. The good kind of vulnerability is hard to simplify but I can try.

Basically the guy you are mentioning is so comfortable in himself, so confident and so passionate and set about what he believes that he is a rock. When he is talking to these women about the things he is talking about, internally and externally he is oozing alpha vibes because he is literally saying and doing whatever the fuck he wants, to hell with the consequences. If some chick doesn't like what he is saying or criticizes him, he doesn't give a shit. Thats him take it or leave it. This is true alpha behaviour. Being 100% solid in who you are, who you know you are and never wavering from that.

This guy won't be swayed and pushed and pulled by her ever changing emotions, he will be his happy go lucky hippy self 24/7. She will learn that she can 100% rely on him being this way through shit tests and comfort tests and will eventually see him as an unwavering beacon of whatever it is he outputs. If she enjoys this output, boom shes hooked. If she doesn't, see ya. But he wont give a shit and that actually might make her take a second, third hell even a fourth look. Solid.
