You can say things like

“Good girl”

“Daddy’s proud of you”

If she shows good behavior outside the bedroom. She can get a little more time. Just a piece thats she almost doesn’t notice.

Be careful about making sex "transactional", but it's certainly ok to praise her, pat her on the head and tell her "Good girl!" after a quality blowjob.

Or you can keep some chocolates around and use them as rewards. ;)

Sex is generally something that you two give each other. She can't have a wild screaming orgasm without your dick.

Rule of thumb though for rewarding / punishing behavior is to give / withdraw attention. If she's been behaving well lately and you feel she deserves some sort of praise or pat in the back, maybe take her out for ice cream or give her a quick call and say you were "just checking on her" and then set up a meet to fuck.

If she's been moody or bratty lately, withdraw attention by only texting her for logistics or withdrawing any time spent with her that doesn't include sex.

I would be careful with the pet names - unless she's into them - they can come off as creepy and cheesy. I wouldn't reward every time and certainly not the same way. I would rub her back, run my hand through her hair. Anything "loving" and "affectionate" should do the trick. Chocolate or whatever she might enjoy is also a good idea, just be careful how you do it, she might catch on.
