So I’ve rectified my issues in gym regarding how much and what I do in gym after a previous post, but now I can’t seem to keep the weight I gain.
I’m from a third world country and most dinners for men consist of large starch portions with a large amount of meat. I don’t weigh or calorie count my intake but essentially it boils down to starch/carbohydrates covering about 70-80% of my plate with the remainder split evenly between greens and meat, most occasions being meat. And a plate being about 30cm diameter - just to put it into perspective.
In the day I eat about 6-8 slices of bread twice with either cheese or an avocado to accompany it.
So is it a dietary thing? Finances are a bit restricted so I can’t really go beyond what mom buys, and my uncle works at a USN factory in our country so he supplies me with Hyperbolic Mass and Hardcore Whey which I take concurrently.
Am I doing anything wrong? Any tips?
