What are 'high value' texts

You can either only text to set up dates.

Or be dry and almost bored when texting and if you’re confronted about this say you’re a “in person type of person” not a “texting person” This should make people want to meet you in person more

It doesn't necessarily have to be brief, but it should be to the point and concise. I treat my texts like letters

I use some kind of proper greeting and closing phrases: "Hi [name]" and "See you tomorrow, [my name]"
I send my texts in the evening after work or during lunch break, never during business hours. Never extremely late at night.
all thoughts are in one text
impeccable spelling, grammar, and punctuation
I use frequency similar to a letter. Once or at most twice a day
no emojis
