Currently fucking nonexclusively more than once. Don't get hung up on timeframe or frequency. If you can't organize sex on the regular, she's not a plate.

A plate has less to do with frequency and more with the level of effort and depth of attachment. A plate is a woman you can bang more-or-less any time you want, and that you pay just enough attention to to continue that arrangement.

If you bang her once a quarter but keep in touch via e-mail, she's more of a friend-with-benefits.

If you've NEVER banged her but might be able to, she's a prospect.
