I have alot of difficulty in making friends and I never was able to understand what redpill means when it talks about providing value to others to make friends.

In college most people banter, and bust each others balls for fun. I am one of those who can easily bust someones balls one on one but I fail on doing this in a group and am rather the guy who's made fun of in the group. I stay quiet, and only speak when I have to. How would one provide value in a place like this? Or to other individuals?
