No reason to argue with people that have different views than you. Took me a while to realize but it's not worth it to get mad at someone who has different political tastes or isn't redpilled, it's energy and time consuming. They will stick to their beliefs no mater what and you won't change their mind, you possibly can't even win the debate. It's better to just nod and agree but still stick to your beliefs silently.

Treat life like a comedy and let go. Honestly life is as hilarious as it gets I mean, look, when life is good we're as high as it gets but when shit's bad for just a moment we think it's the end of the world. We swipe right if we like someone, we spend most of our time watching shows on Netflix, we teach our kids to not drink smoke but they won't ever listen. It's a stand up comedy bruh.
If you can do something about your problem, do it. If you can't do anything, don't care.
Fitness and healthy lifestyle is everything.
Read books, not just self help or dating. Read fantasy and science fiction too.
Don't treat women as queens, they're people like you, they just happen to have the puss.
It's okay to have off days and eat some shit food, drink and do some cheap dopamine, it's good to take a break sometimes. It's not okay to have off days constantly.
