High SMV comes down to three elements

1: What you are (muscle, brains, height, race etc.)

2: What you can (skills, hobbies)

3: What others want (the demand is higher than the supply)

Races-depends where you are. Race can hold you back in certain parts of the world. In the US, race isn't much of disqualifier.
