avoiding false beliefs. a desire to do so. taking some action to do so
accepting responsibility. somethings aren't your fault, but realizing it's your responsibility to fix them anyways

I used to think and am still trying to kill this that you are a loser if you don’t have a girlfriend.

It’s wack because when I got a girlfriend I was on cloud 9 and didn’t want to lose her because I didn’t want to be a loser. Now that we are separated I feel like a loser a little bit but in the grand scheme of things I am actually a winner.

It’s up to you tbh, there is no winner and there is no loser, just an experience. Do what you can with the experience and pursue what you want to pursue.

You hold the L though if you know what you want and don’t do little things each day to get what you want.

Honestly yo , meditate in the morning for a bit, a little Bit in the afternoon, evening and before bed. It may help.
