if the gender roles were reversed the standard advice for the man in your position would be something like this: withdraw attention from your gf, start opening up and talking / flirting with other girls - if she doesnt change her attitude when she sees you are giving your attention away for other girls then she doesnt value you highly enough and you should pursue other options.
