I used to have a LTR for 4 years, and I became best friends with her childhood BFF (they have always been and still are super close) and even though our relationship ended in a pretty hostile way me and this girl (the bff) have been very good friends. This weekend she invited me and another one of her friends (HB8) to a roadtrip. We got wasted and I was flirting with the hot friend, being very handsy , kissing her neck etc and tried to kiss her. She told me that our mututal friend had explicitly told her that she shouldn't even try anything with me because my ex would be furious with her. At that point she also mentioned she has a bf and that this time she doesn't wanna cheat. After our roadtrip was over I invited her for dinner alone and was just trying to gauge the situation (can't really tell what's her POV). At the end she told me not to tell our mutual friend about this dinner because "she might misunderstand". Now, we said that we're going on another dinner this weekend or some time this week. What do you guys suggest I should do/how should I approach it?
