Just watched a documentary on netflix called what the health. Basically showing many studies linked to bad health from meat products. I can't get into great detail since theres so much information but i recommend watching it. This was eye opening to me but i'm the type of person who questions everything.

In this documentary I discovered that a lot of diabetes and health associations (American Diabetes Association, Breast Cancer) are actually sponsored by companies like kfc, mcdonalds, etc. The only option is to go vegan for a longer and healthier life.

Do you believe this is all just bogus? It seems like everything is bad for you, I remember reading about how carbs, wheat, and high sugar can have a toll on your body. I'm starting to believe a well proportioned and balanced meal is the most logical thing to do at the end of the day... thoughts?

Edit: I see comments about abusing the animals and killing them, i agree that's fucked up but lets say for example we do let all the cows go... wouldn't they die from other animals like lions and shit?
