You need to stop overthinking this. If she didn't like you, she wouldn't give you a first date lay. Look man, she is in. It's your turn to show interest. There are 2 schools of thought on this topic:

Text her the next day and get a text confirming she had a good time. Save that shit. Good if you are worried about getting MeToo’d.
Don’t text her at all after fucking. Wait for her to reach out. If you fucked her good, they usually will. Let’s her chase you and sets the dynamic.

Personally I am not too worried about getting MeToo’d so I usually opt for #2. It really depends on what you think is best for you.
