Your job as the man is simple as shit. You have to arrange excuses for you and her to hang out 1:1, preferably around evening time. What those excuses are really doesn't matter. Whatever you come up with is fine. Could be a date, could be let's smoke some weed, could be come play mario carts with me. It really does not matter, what matters is that you are with her 1:1 and the sexy tension is building between you and her.
It will build all by itself. But you can help it, by being cocky-funny, treating her like your bratty little sis, teasing her, but in a loving sort of way. Also helps if you don't hide your intentions much. Look at her like you know you're a man and she's a woman, and what that means. It's super exciting to them to be a little bit awkward from this.
So arrange excuse to meet up 1:1, let sexy tension build while having fun together, then when you feel like she wants you BAD, hook up. Having the logistics worked out and prepared so that if feels like "it just happened" and it was just so easy to fuck you, so smooth, that's also your job.
