A couple years back I went to Italy for a summer holiday and made friends with the Italian kids there (most of which spoke little to no english). I was generally pretty positive and jokey with them, and the language barrier didn't seem to bother them. A few days into the holiday, one of the guys told me that 'all the girls found me really attractive' which confused me, as I was the whitest kid in the group and was quite skinny. What was it that was attractive to the girls? Was it the accent, or any mystery (law 3 of 48LOP) or my confidence in meeting new people? I want to know so that I can see how to recreate that effect now that I'm back home
