I was giving some "friends" (and a couple acquaintences) a ride to a party one night after bar close. There had been a minor disagreement earlier that night and in my mind, the matter had been resolved and settled completely and mutually agreed... However, this other guy got progressively more drunk after we talked it out and he was sitting behind me in my car when he pushed a lit cigarette into my face while I was driving.

So I went back to the bar we were at and waited until he got out of the car and then I left. Given how drunk he was I probably could have given him a swift beating but I've never really been in a fight for fear of getting arrested plus I was on probation at the time and could have had to serve an extra month that was suspended during my probation...

Wasn't bad enough to go to the hospital for yet it really sucked. The guys an asshole and most of my friends have brought it up in conversation how he starts shit too often for no reason and they don't want to hang out around him. (Personally I just steer clear of hanging out or drinking with the guy but also I never asked around about him he's just such an asshole that most people have something not-so-great to say about him... Graduated HS with him but he's been hooked on Adderal for the better part of a decade and now I've heard he's moving into meth)

Also, is it grounds to say that it's a "death threat" if somebody puts out a cig on your face? I could have swerved my car into oncoming traffic and gotten us all killed but that's besides the point, like just the act of doing it and I couldn't have done anything until parking my car anyway so I had time to plan how to drop him off.
