I read somewhere when a girl says sorry to you when she decides not to do something with you means that she is fully rejecting you, even if there is other IOI.

As in "I can't make it, sorry" which translates to "Sorry you are not good enough for me"

I have found that girls who cancel without saying sorry are more likely to meet up with you rather than those who do
