Reading that made me cringe.

Your actions are those of someone who has read TRP concepts but have not actually internalized them.

Let's go through the convo:

Her: All you do is agree, do you even care about me?

Shit test.

You: Yea I don't care at all about you, that's why I have been listening to you the past few minutes.

This is good.

Her: you don't care, you don't ever show you care.

Here is where you start to mess up. Remember, it is a PRIVILEGE to allow a woman to be part of your life.

I have neither the time nor patience for some entitled cunt who fails to acknowledge the sacrifices I make to be with her. Your commitment is valuable and the fact that you have given it to her should be all she needs to know that you care.

After 20 minutes of circling around I don't care

Your loss of frame directly results in her continuing to shit test you.

The 'take a break' line would seal it for me. A women who values you should be so scared of losing you that she would never think about initiating a break, let alone actually verbalize it to you. You should seriously question your value here.

This relationship is basically done. She doesn't respect you at all. Enjoy the onslaught of incoming shit tests if you stay with her and the impending branch swing of her looking for someone with more value.

Don't take her seriously, don't get into some argument over the phone. You almost got there when you said "I am not discussing things like this when she is acting in such a mood". So say that, and say you've got some shit to do and you'll talk to her later.....then radio silence for a while. She'll text you some crap. Just ignore it. That's how you maintain frame.

To get to this point, where an LTR is shit testing you so much you had to have fucked up a bit before and probably have some beta behaviors you need to work on.

The minute a woman brings up "taking a break", you end it. Let her come back as a plate and try to work her way back.

She broke up with you, in her heart. Not because you don't care, but because she needed a reason to and not feel guilty.

Break it up right away, your frame at this point is pretty much non-existent and she already has the idea that you're an asshole and "taking a break" implanted in her hamster.

I mean, you let her take full control, from now on whenever there's an argument you can't say shit because:

So this basically has turned into a situation where she's emotionally extorting you, if she doesn't hear what she wants, she dumps your ass, she has control of the whole relationship and it won't surprise me if she ends up cheating.

My advise would be break it up and move on, before things get nasty.
