Where do I start with the sidebar?

The beginning.

Seriously though, it's not the most efficient thing to read through the sidebar word for word. Here's a brief summary of my take on TRP which is probably not the standard. Essentially, people want the best mates possible; socially and biologically, men are attracted to beautiful women and women are attracted to successful men.

A man can be successful socially, physically, financially. Work on your social skills, physique (lift) and your education/career and women will naturally become more drawn to you. Ultimately you will learn best through personal experience which is why you have to do stuff and not just read. It is easiest to internalize everything through pain and effort.

As you become more successful you will naturally gain confidence and the confidence and success will lead to more options with women. Once you are above the average guy you will have more selection however you will still be bested by the few men who have it all. A woman may be tempted by a man more successful than yourself if he takes an interest in her. Just as a man may be tempted by an attractive enough woman or any improvement on what they already have.

Being a good guy/nice is not very reliable in getting the women you desire however you do not need to be an asshole to gain attention. Being confident, competent and driven can be enough to increase your appeal. Aesthetics can obviously showcase your financial and physical success to garner more attention and therefore more opportunities with women.

That's about it, you can go deeper and make more generalizations about AWALT, and such but that isn't really my experience in life. Improve yourself for yourself and everything else will come naturally has been the essence for me.
