I also noticed this. I'm always on semen retention/nofap when not fucking. After a long dry spell ends I always get bad urges and it screws with me. One thing I'm gonna try once quarantine is done is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. For 2 weeks I fuck as much as I want, for the next 2 weeks I'm celibate.
