What kind of lifting?
I've yet to see a strength trainer be shredded unless he was juicing.
TRP makes fun of "non lifting cucks" whatever, and makes fun of people with low weight stats, but they have great physiques.
Shredded 1 2 3
Strongmen 1 2 3
I dont want to look like some Russian Dock Worker, I want to be Shredded, but I also want to be able to dead lift 255 lb (be strong.)
Is such a thing possible naturally, or does one need to juice up?
Asking because I am becoming more and more involved in martial arts, and I understand the importance of "real world" strength, but I also see that some martial artists can be pretty fucking shredded and still compete, so I want to know if I am getting false hope like from Jeff Seid and his "all natty" program or if such a thing is possible.
TL:DR Guy wonders why TRP says to "just lift" when it's about sexual strategy which would mean looking the best which means hypertrophy training, and then goes back around and makes fun of people who look shredded yet cant squat their own body weight
