Because TRP can be extremely toxic when the whiny betas come out of the woodwork in the comments with outright bitter hatred or shit like "doesn't work, I don't have a chiseled jawline, blue eyes and a dark complexion therefor no woman will ever love me" on an otherwise good post. Plus a lot of the sub is outrage porn or shit posts about feminism. Not to mention the outright exaggerations there and the misuse of AWALT in every single situation. The biggest is the height circle jerk but there are plenty like "all women are sluts" that are just outright ridiculous.

There is plenty of good shit there but you have to wade through a lot of garbage to find it.

The same reason people quit a diet.

TRP is hard, its not easy. Requires patience and discipline. It's definitely not a get rich quick, fast satisfaction, instant gratification ideology.

A lot of people just don't have the mental toughness.

There's a whole sub for ex TRP people and they explain their own stories there. Taking the success stories here and the stories there I get the impression most are men with poor social skills who didn't know how to seperate being a leader in a relationship and not taking shit with being an asshole. A fair amount of people see to stop themselves before they really get involved in the game. They're unhappy being nice guys but are scared to assert themselves.

Anyway I think the sub is worth reading just make sure to read between the lines. They share everything they refuse to let TRP turn y them into not what they have become instead

A lot of TRP screams narcissistic and emotional abuse. Then again you have to make sure you focus and redirect what the posts are saying to you. Many people read and take the examples to their extremes.

If she isn't putting out and you want sex, then leave. If she causes a fight for no reason and then wants you to make up or come pleading back to her for it, that's emotional abuse on her end. Then again everything gets hamstered and feelzed out.

I personally take it as being the best man I can, negotiating what I want with whom, and either accept or decline the offers. If you want to put up with people throwing tantrums be my guest. If you don't then decline their offer and they are better people out in the world to interact with.
