My primary income is self employment, but I recently picked up a part time job to supplement income and to act as a safety net for when my primary job doesn't have many clients that month.

How do you guys carry yourself at your job, and how do you interact with the women in your workplace?

I'm not intending or interested in shitting where I eat, besides, these women are completely off my radar. I am not interested in them.

That being said, I still want to build and maintain a level of polarity with them.

Are you the ones to start interactions with the women in your workplace (or do you wait for them to say hi to you first)? Do you express any frustrations or anything to them? Do you engage in small talk with them? What kind of things do you talk about, if you do? Do you joke around a lot with them? When interacting with them, do you touch them at all? Do you disclose any details about yourself, or your emotions at all?
