Learn about push and pull and push way more than you pull when you’re talking to girls or anyone for that matter. Equate it to bantering and giving your bros shit.

Dude she doesn’t have to drop everything for you. I don’t really understand this notion around here that women will drop their lives for a man they just met if they’re attracted to him. Just like with us, our lives were going on long before a woman comes into the picture. And it will continue to go on when they are out of it.

Don’t pedestalize the woman and pursue sex with her by making your intent known and escalating.

Rep scheme is things like 5 sets of 10 or 3 sets of 8 or 4 sets of 6. Progression is just a way of overloading the muscle, which causes it to go. To overload the muscle you simply need to keep a linear progression by adding more volume. This can be done through adding more sets, more reps, or increasing the weight.

I posted in another thread here a few hours ago. I saw the best results running a PPL using nSuns compound lift rep scheme and progression. I also increased the overall volume and modified some of the routine.
/r/askTRP01/11/18 04:28 AM

You can do upper lower splits. You can do really long full body workouts. You can combine days in a PPL. You can follow a 531 routine. You'll get results regardless as long as you follow the advice I just gave you and work out mindfully and intensely.

Don't bother arguing against the posters here about staying in a LTR. The general consensus here is to end an LTR for pretty much any reason that doesn't corrolate to TRP.
/r/askTRP01/11/18 01:49 AM
1

PPL is intended for a six day routine. If you wanted to run it you could double up on some days. But you should pick a routine you enjoy and you'll make every day of the week. Really you'll make progress on any routine as long as you are consistent, patient, and focus on slowly increasing the overall volume.
/r/askTRP01/11/18 01:35 AM
1

That depends. How many days a week can you make it to the gym?
/r/askTRP01/11/18 01:16 AM
1

PPL is a push pull legs routine. Push day consists of shoulders, chest and triceps. Pull day consists of back, biceps and traps. Leg day consists of legs and abs.
/r/askTRP31/10/18 11:55 PM
1

I've gone through a few of routines and found the best results on a PPL with high volume focus. Rather than focusing on increasing the weight of compound lifts for 5x5, or even 3x8, I do about 9x10 with two dropsets and then run pretty much a slightly modified PPL of one of the more popular ones.

I don't cheat on LTRs but I also don't enter one unless I'm prepared and ok with giving up male sexual nature. I'm currently in one now but I also speak to other attractive girls and continue to at least approach and maybe game other women without any intent other than keeping my skills up. But I also keep them around for if my relationship ends, I'll still get my needs met.

I agree. I was mostly ashamed because I grew up with a lot of female persuasion that scolded me from being sexually interested in girls. It was drilled into my head that getting sexual with women was selfish and that if they suggested they wanted it, they didn’t really want it.

The "text for logistics only" is for guys like you who don't know how to text because they might fuck something up by being too needy / clingy / soyboy / turn off. Get her number. Text her right in front of her with your name so she knows who you are. Shoot maybe 3 texts to establish some sense of "I'm not gonna rape you if you hang out with me." Mention plans you have, and invite her to said plans. Here's an example text convo I had with a girl I met at a bar. It worked on her, but results my v…

I am in no way someone who views himself as an alpha male. I have some traits that TRP identifies as alpha traits, but I have a lot of beta traits as well that are still very much part of my personality. Just yesterday my girlfriend got drunk with her friends and I texted her to come by to get some dick. I guess she got too emotional from it and it sparked an ongoing discussion that phased into today, which discussed some other things and oddly didn't touch on any of the things she said yesterda…

Speaking from experience, when I started developing my body and getting to a physique I was proud of, I wanted to share it in every place I could because - while I was seeking validation by doing so - I worked hard for it and wanted to flaunt it more than to the girls I encountered. It did wonders for my self esteem reaffirming my dedication.
/r/askTRP29/10/18 10:51 PM
1

It's entirely up to you. I don't agree with this whole "women are always looking for someone to fuck." Yes, women are hypergamous, but that doesn't always mean that everything they do is a means to engage in it. Some women have low self esteem and seek validation online and nothing "more." Lots, actually.
/r/askTRP29/10/18 10:39 PM
1

She's going to label you a pig and break up with you, most likely. This is why it's important to make your intentions known beforehand and being upfront and honest rather than sneaking around and covering up behavior you don't want her to know about.
/r/askTRP29/10/18 10:35 PM
1

I was speaking about your girlfriend. Unless she's not actually your girlfriend and you're just using that word to describe your relationship dynamic - in which case, that's very confusing.
/r/askTRP29/10/18 10:33 PM
1

You don't need to ask her. You should already know. She's seeking validation. Don't be too surprised, this is normal behavior in most women.
/r/askTRP29/10/18 10:32 PM
1

You seem to be very into TRP. If so, and you want to “follow it”, TRP doesn’t advocate cheating — which is what you’re doing. It advocates following your sexual nature and sleeping with who you want, but if you make a woman your LTR after screening her, and you still want to spin plates, you should be upfront about it. Not judging you. Just letting you know. But in my life I find women tend to be turned on by sexist comments as well.
/r/askTRP29/10/18 10:28 PM

You have a girlfriend and are still spinning (sleeping with) plates? Asking for clarification because it's kind of confusing. How are you too hard on women? Re: the friend - Don't worry about it.

Everything about sex for me is about dominance. I get the most turned on and into it based on what I’m doing rather than like a lot of guys where it’s more about the girl. Her submissiveness amplifies it, but if sex isn’t dominant and rough and aggressive on my end, and focused on pretty much treating her like all she’s good for is her holes where I am using her for my pleasure, I’d rather be doing anything else.

To me I mainly associate it with controlling my emotions. Remaining stoic, and unwavering to the opinions, influence, and suggestions of others. Mentally I lose control of it quite a lot, but I do my best not to show it. The other day a girl at work said that I was nice. This took a huge hit to my ego mentally since I’m kind of an asshole and self amuse myself, sometimes at the expense of others. On top of that she’s aware that I hold some “sexist” beliefs. RP guys don’t really want to be called…

I lost it to my girlfriend at the time. Honestly the whole first time being meaningful isn’t something I was interested in. I would have fucked any girl who I found hot, but I just so happened be in a relationship at the time. It was pretty good. I lasted a long time because I was used to death grip. I think I was 19, but I honestly am not sure. Could have been 18, could have been 20.

I’m interested in your first paragraph. Mostly because I pretty much play the cocky asshole that knows how to be gentlemanly as well, and I have started to gather some “friends.” I never had those before, and while I’m not exactly attracted to them, I still want to maintain a dynamic that implies something. What’s your dynamic with these friends like?

I recommend being a little sexist openly, predominantly teasing, patronizing, and adopting the mindset that she is there to please, serve, and amuse you. It helps a lot. Sit with your legs/knees at least shoulder width apart.

I’m not someone who takes TRP and follows it to a T. I take the principles that I agree with and apply them to my life and I experiment with others. In this case, I would “lose frame” by saying that it’s pretty ironic they are calling me selfish by not giving them a ride, for example. It’s as if they feel entitled to one.

Practice saying no and declining your investment in others’ endeavors if they don’t benefit you.
/r/askTRP23/10/18 05:20 AM

You’ll need to at least find a way to deal with it while also remaining assertive and dominant. You should be able to decline a favor out of self interest or lack of wanting to do it without feeling guilty over it. A small example - if someone at work asks you for rides (somewhat consistently). If you notice a pattern after giving them a ride home and start to feel used, you need to be able to say no without feeling guilty. As far as the sexual stuff, that needs to be dealt with another way. You…

Just remember, being in the moment and experiencing these things is a lot different than being on the computer and giving advice to others or regurgitating information found in the main sub. Your brain is used to certain behaviors, so that’s your default response. Changing that takes a long time and a lot of practice and exposure to the new expected behaviors and reactions.

The only downsides to dating one is that you occasionally have to be careful of what you say or how you say it, as they could interpret something much different than what you intended. This is the biggest pain to deal with, because my personality makes me enjoy teasing people lightheartedly, but a joke that I don't intend to hurt her may cause her to become really upset and take it too much to heart. I never expected a woman to love me like my mother loved me. I was always pretty innately aware that the love between a mother (and father) and a child was a unique kind of love that wasn't replicated in relationships. What you're doing is going to help a lot. The single most important thing not jacking off does for me is reasserts my desire both physically and mentally for sex. If I jack off when I'm horny, I fulfill the physical desire - but I'm still left feeling unfulfilled because the primal urges being horny gives a man -- the desire to dominate and take -- wasn't fulfilled. Resist jacking off long enough and the urges will become stronger. It's easier to take what you want during sex when you're respond…

Women are capable of loving, but its a conditional love as I'm sure you're aware. Men have the burden of performance. Women get to simply be. As long as you continue to perform at a high caliber and remain her best option, you will secure the love and affection of a woman without her straying, or being a woman who wants to stray but her morality holds her back from doing so.

To me, TRP isn't something that makes me more attractive. TRP just helps get a more complex understanding of female attraction and seduction because its biologically and psychologically based. TRP only reasserted things I already had some suspicions of growing up. Unlike some of the men here, my stumbling on TRP wasn't from a jilted relationship of a woman who did me wrong. I was very aware of female nature, because I grew up with a lot of female friends and noticed their nature first hand. I ju…

Re: your second paragraph - My advice would be to withdraw some attention. Give her a little nod and a wink when you see her on campus. Even if you're aiming to get laughs currently, a good way to play it off an make it appear as though you aren't is to just continue on without even considering or looking for a reaction. And by that I mean physically looking for a reaction. If you tell a joke, just say the joke as you would any other sentence / reply. Put your attention (ie: your eye contact) to something else.

If you're in a relationship with her and she's genuinely interested in you and finds you hot and attractive, as she should, then all you need to do is get physical and a little handsy out of bed, then go from there. Just do whatever comes to your mind in the moment. There's really no wrong way to get handsy, especially if she's already your girlfriend - or any other "significant" sexual figure in your life.

One of my favorite things to do is to pick a girl up and drape her over my shoulder so that her naval is touching my shoulder. If she asks you to carry her stuff, say sure and pick her up instead and drape her over your shoulder and keep walking. Honestly I’ve never had a girl ask to hold her stuff and the only time I’ve ever helped a woman carry anything is if we were in a LTR and it was genuinely too heavy for her.

Because guys who are cocky generally have a reason to be, so guys who behave in a cocky way are generally seen for face value and associated with someone who is high value (especially compared to others, and a fact is: people compare other people to other people) - there's a reason behind his arrogance, mostly linked to success, usually one or a combination of: success with women/sex, a developed physique, a developed career, and/or a developed social life.
