How do you survive a workplace with mostly women? Every workplace with majority female have cattiness, women try to boss everyone around and female coworkers try to be more controlling than most f'n supervisors and managers, they rat each other out for minor shit that even management doesn't want to hear about, talk shit behind each other's back constantly, offended over everything, etc.

Dealing with them is more draining than the actual work.
