I am working in a insurance company as a part time worker, i get the night shifts and this jobs is only for med students so i am getting paid really good. But since i am too young and inexperienced , i am shy and quite at the office. Today by boss made a joke about me asking if i ever laughed? I might be overly nervous , what should i do?
