I got my first job at a local grocery store about 4 months ago, and it's honestly not a bad job. The problem is some of my coworkers, mostly female, that talk shit about me behind my back. Normally I wouldn't give a shit, but I realise that a bad accusation could land me out of work. One of the cashiers in particular hates my guts for some unknown reason. She consistently spreads lies and rumours about me amongst the people she talks to. It's almost like high school really, very clique-ish. I've thought about going to management, but I think that would make the situation worse, so I feel like my hands are tied here.
