I have no problem speaking to women or getting numbers. My approaches go well, so take my word when I say I'm not delusional. I think I go for logistics way too early. Back before TRP, I got more results because I was a little more passive when it came to this instead of doing it withing 4 hours of getting the number and suggesting next day meet ups. I see a lot of guys (youtube and here) that'll suggest the date in person, and then after they get the number converse with around 5-10 messages over the course of a few days to build a little rapport and then propose a set time and place a few days away from that time they suggested it. Which is what I used to do.

Maybe I fucked up my game when I used to read around this forum too much but some guys say that their first message is "lets do this at this time at this place on this day".
