Game is giving the audience something intangible and the audience gives you something tangible. Maybe they get what they want, but you always get what you want.

Game is the preacher man promising heaven after death, as long as you tithe.

Game is the politician selling voters on pie in the sky things that he can't deliver.

Game is when you get a bullshit product, and the manager talks you down.

Game is getting so invested in some random person's fictional world that you will avoid the internet, so that you can preserve your own narrative high.

Game is putting a pair of big tits in an ad for a car. They're not selling you on 0-60 speeds, but if you buy this car, you'll get the girl. You can see them do it to you, and it still works on your subconscious.

Game is the CEO telling people to work hard, while he knows that the company will fail.

Game is that coach in the locker room using his emotional leverage on men that have been following him for years, trying to live up to surrogate daddy's expectations. He fires them up, and they dig deep to win the championship.

What you're reading about on this board and on the sidebar is pickup techniques. Nothing more, nothing less.

What people here call "game" is what text message to send or how to keep a fake girlfriend from being a real girlfriend. It's not even good PUA. It's robotic flowchart bullshit.

PUA or pick up. It went mainstream after Neil Strauss’ book, The Game. There are countless free resources online which teach game but the best summary is probably the top rated TRP post - How to get laid like a warlord. There is a lot of mixed messages on game but basically different things work for different people in different situations. If you commit the 16 commandments of poon to memory and read the warlord post then you will have enough to get started. Game is basically a three stage process: Approach, rapport/comfort then seduction.
